Rihoy & Son was main contractor for the Cobo Community Centre project.
Plans to replace Matthew’s Church Hall had been in development for over 10 years and after a successful start to the fundraising campaign, the vision is now a reality. Careful consideration was given to the design to give the space as much flexibility as possible. Main features of the design include a divisible main hall, an easily maintained and more up-to-date structure, a well-equipped kitchen which can be accessed from all areas, meeting rooms, disabled facilities and access and toilets that can be accessed from all areas, together with well-planned parking.
This £1.4 million project took just over 12 months to complete and now provides a flourishing ‘heart’ to the parish community.
