Rihoy & Son was appointed main contractor to replace the principal kitchen at Les Rocquettes Hotel. The new build timber frame extension now houses the hotels state of the art cooking facilities, comprising the use of a resin floor for the first time in Guernsey and highly hygienic wall and ceiling finishes.
Bespoke cooker canopies feed a cleverly disguised external ventilation system, which blends in with the roof structure, and together with new hard landscaping helps improve the aesthetics to this area of the hotel.
